WHY VIATURA?

That’s a good question. We know there are dozens of companies doing what we do, but we think we do it that little bit better. Here’s what we think makes us stand out.

Firstly we’re genuinely interested in what we do. We are car mad and will happily talk to you about the merits of one model over another.

We are independent and not allied to any particular manufacturer. We’ve got no vested interest in selling you something you won‘t be happy with. We want to keep you happy so you’ll come back!

Perhaps most importantly we’ll treat you like a person. We know it’s the customer that keeps us in business.

We’re in this for the long term. We are not a fly-by-night company and take a lot of pride in what we do. You can be confident that your business will be handled in an extremely professional manner.

Viatura has existed since early 2001 and prior to that we built up a wealth of motor and finance industry experience. We like to build relationships with our clients and have grown so far through our reliance on word of mouth and repeat business. We’d like to supply you for many years to come.

We’ll return your calls. From time to time things go wrong. Nobody likes it but it happens sometimes. We know there’s nothing worse than being left alone when a problem arises and we’ll ensure there’s always someone to keep you informed about what’s happening.

We’ll look after you throughout the whole of your contract. We genuinely like it when one of our clients calls to let us know how they’re doing with their car (or even just to tell us a joke).

Finally we think we are nice people to deal with. We are friendly and approachable. We won’t baffle you with jargon and are happy for you to ask us anything. If we can’t immediately answer a question we’ll go away and find out for you rather than make something up. We’ll never tell you what we think you want to hear just to get your order.
